What is your return policy, and what if my kit has missing parts?We accept unopened kits returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Kits must be in their original, sealed condition.
If your kit has missing or damaged parts, those replacements must be obtained directly through the manufacturer, as they handle all part support for their products. Most brands like Tamiya, Hasegawa, and others offer quick and reliable parts service through their customer support pages.
